Payment You have the option to use your credit card, PayPal account or Google Checkout. Credit card payments are processed by PayPal Secure Checkout so I never see your financial information...just your shipping info. It's helpful to include your phone number so I can include it with the shipment for the FedEx delivery person.
Money orders, checks or cashiers checks from American banks are gladly accepted, but will delay shipping until funds are confirmed. Pennsylvania residents pay 6% sales tax.
SHIPPING
Domestic shipping to the USA is via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery to the contiguous 48 states. All other USA destination (such as AK, HI, VI, PR, APO/FPO addresses) will ship via USPS.
For shipments valued over $250, I ship using signature confirmation. For multiple purchases, contact me at sally@sallytrace.com and I will package your paintings and prints for the best shipping cost. I do all my own shipping.
INTERNATIONAL
I have many international collectors. International shipping is via USPS Priority International or USPS Express Mail International. USPS does not charge you an extra delivery fee, but you may have to pay a tax. Size restrictions apply and are different for each country so send me an email with your postal code and tell me which painting you like.
International buyers accept responsibility for all related duties, taxes, and customs costs. I don't know the import tax structure for each country. If you aren't familiar with your county's import fees, please contact your local customs or postal office. Shipments will be declared as "painting" or "art print".
I am happy to work with you to keep all your shipping fees down, but the most important thing is for your painting to go easily through customs and get delivered safely to you.
If you need to return your painting for any reason, please let me know within 3 days of receipt, and return ship within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase amount. Please use my original packaging materials. Buyer pays shipping only. I insure all originals for their full value either through the shipping carrier or Shipsurance.com.
