Here is one of my new paintings "Flair for the Dramatic". I wanted to make some smaller paintings for customers who don't have the funds to buy the big ones. This has the feeling of largeness, even though it is small. The sweep of white with dark blues and greens sort of falling out beneath it like dark, rich and complex rain, or some kind of deep mossy forest substance. I really like what is going on in that green and blue area on the bottom, I'll add some closeups. I'll photograph it well so that I'll be able to make large giclees. I'm putting a few extra coats of varnish on it just because it is so wonderful.
